Q- Do you have stock?
A- Yes, we have stock for some items without printing like cups, take out containers, bagasse boxes, pizza boxes, etc. We support one carton order for any stock items. Contact our sales to get more details!
Q- Can you offer sample?
A- Yes, we offer free sample for most of items but the buyer should pay the freight. If you need the samples with your logo print before your order, you will pay extra printing charge cost $50-150.
Q- What’s the shipping port?
A- Normally port of Ningbo or Shanghai.
Q- What’s the payment term?
A- T/T 30% deposit to confirm order for production, balance upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
Q- What’s the MOQ for customization?
A - Differ depending on product, size, etc. You can go into our CUSTOMIZED SERVICE to get more details.
Q- Do you have order amount?
A- Yes. We request $5000 mixed items each shipment, otherwise we have to surcharge $200 per shipment for small order handling.
Q- What’s the lead time/delivery time?
A-For our regular stock item, we can ship within 2 weeks. For private label or outside of our stock list, normally need 40-50 days production depends on products.
Q- Do you offer the design support for private label business?
A-Yes, we have graphic designer who can work with you, but we need to charge for private label design.
Q- How much does the delivery cost to your destination?
A- It depends on the total qty, volume and weight of your order, also freight price change week by week. You'd better leave your shipping address message to us to quote the estimate freight price for reference.
Q- Can you do LCL shipment?
A- Yes, but normally suggest to palette the goods to ensure the delivery without no damage, and you need to pay extra for palettizing. We always suggest full container shipment, loading directly from our warehouse, no damaging.
